Your purchase will be shipped from our Mornington store and will be dispatched within 48 business hours of receiving your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been fulfilled.

The delivery times below are an estimate, and can vary depending on your location. Delivery can take 7-14 days.

Returns

At Invogue footwear we want you to be totally happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things might not be quite right and we're happy to help fix it. We follow the guidelines set out by Australian consumer law.

Please ensure you:
Have emailed invoguefootwear@y7mail.com for return authorisation.
Are returning your purchase within 21 days upon receipt of item.
You must include your receipt or online order confirmation.
Return your purchase in original condition (unworn), with all original packaging, tags and boxes.

Returns must be sent back to:
Invogue footwear, 84 Main St Mornington 3931 Victoria or brought into our Mornington Retail location.

We will gladly offer to exchange your purchase, or we will issue a credit note valid for 12 months if we can’t exchange due to limited stock. Excludes sale items.

Faulty stock will be assessed and once a fault is confirmed we will endeavour to repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair or replace we will issue a refund, as per Australian consumer law.

Please note:
Cost of shipping is non refundable for general returns / exchanges.
Shipping will be paid by us for merchandise that has been assessed as faulty.

You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the return is processed and all funds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
