Returns Policy

At Invogue Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not be quite right — and we’re happy to help fix it. Our returns policy complies with the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law.

To return an item:

  • Email invoguefootwear@y7mail.com to request return authorisation.
  • Return the item within 21 days of receiving it.
  • Include your receipt or online order confirmation.
  • Ensure the product is in original condition: unworn, with all tags, boxes, and packaging.
Returns must be sent to:
Invogue Footwear, 84 Main St, Mornington VIC 3931
or brought into our Mornington retail location.

What we offer:

We’re happy to offer an exchange, or a credit note valid for 12 months if the item is unavailable.
Sale items are excluded from exchange or credit unless faulty.

Faulty Items:

Faulty stock will be assessed. If a fault is confirmed, we will attempt to repair or replace the product. If repair or replacement isn't possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with consumer law.

  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the product is confirmed faulty.
  • Shipping is covered by us for approved faulty items.

Processing:

Once your return is received and processed, you will get an email confirmation.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–10 business days.
