Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help in line with Australian Consumer Law.

At Invogue Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not be quite right, and we’re happy to help resolve the issue.

To return an item

  • Email invoguefootwear@y7mail.com to request return authorisation.
  • Return the item within 21 days of receiving it.
  • Include your receipt or online order confirmation.
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags, boxes, and packaging.

What we offer

We are happy to offer an exchange, or a credit note valid for 12 months if the requested item is unavailable.

Sale items are excluded from exchange or credit unless they are faulty.

Faulty items

Faulty stock will be assessed once received. If a fault is confirmed, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is confirmed faulty.
  • Shipping costs are covered by us for approved faulty items.

Processing

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days.

Please choose carefully: We do not accept returns on sale items unless they are faulty.
